With origins believed to trace back to the early 16th century, the property, L'Ancien Moulin à Huile in Tuchan, was previously an Olive Mill. It has been meticulously refurbished to the highest standard. Nestled in the centre of the old village it boasts a completely private garden often described as a haven of peace and calm. Parking is available on request if available. This establishment is proud to be in the Guide du Routard and is known as a haven of calm and tranquility. We never allow ourselves to become overcrowded, and have a maximum capacity of 9 people.
La Maison des Chapeliers ( The old Hat Makers House) is in the Bastide in Carcassonne which was established in the 13th century by King Louis IX of France. It was intended to complement the Citadel of Carcassonne , the Cité, which sits atop a hill overlooking the Bastide.
